Services Provided: RELAX class: consists of two 5-week sessions, usually held on Zoom, class costs $100 per person or $150 per couple BUT FEE WAIVED if client fills out a survey and have kids who live with them currently, Nurturing Parent class: a continuously offered class that clients can join anytime, offered weekly Weds 9am and 1pm & Tues 6:30pm & Sat 10am, classes are around 2 hrs long and child care is provided if asked for, $30 fee to join but can be waived
